Orders after 5pm or on UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery delays possible during promotions, sales, and holidays. We’re not liable for delivery failures beyond our control, including if you’re unavailable or request a delay. Expect up to four calls to schedule delivery and three delivery attempts before cancellation.
